Payment Modes Accepted We currently accept payments only through the following methods: * **UPI Payments** * **Cash Payments** No cheque, credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or online gateway payments are accepted. --- 1. Booking Confirmation * A booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment. * Customers must share proof of UPI payment (screenshot/reference number) for verification. 2. Advance Payment * A minimum of 30% advance payment is required to confirm any travel package, hotel booking, vehicle booking, or tour service. * The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the trip/service. 3. UPI Payment Policy * Payments can be made using any UPI application such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM. * Customers must ensure the correct UPI ID/mobile number before making payment. * The agency is not responsible for payments sent to the wrong UPI account due to customer error. * Booking confirmation will be processed only after successful payment receipt. 4. Cash Payment Policy * Cash payments must be made directly to authorized agency staff only. 5. Cancellation & Refund * Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation and vendor policies. * Approved refunds will be processed: * Through UPI for UPI payments * In cash for cash payments (subject to availability and office approval) Refund processing may take 3–7 working days 6.Failure to complete payment before the travel date may result in cancellation of booking without refund of the advance amount. 7. Pricing & Changes Package prices are subject to change based on hotel availability, transport charges, fuel price changes, and seasonal demand until full payment is completed. 8. Receipt & Documentation * Customers should keep payment receipts and booking confirmations safely until completion of travel.
