Any additional expenses due to personal reasons, including shopping, laundry, room service, extra food, tips or other personal expenses, will be borne by the guests. 6. Any additional expenses arising due to train delays, cancellations, roadblocks, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances will be borne by the guests. 7. Sightseeing places may be changed, skipped or rearranged depending on local conditions, traffic, train/bus timings and operational requirements. 8. The tour operator will not be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by Indian Railways, government authorities or other third-party service providers. 9. Guests are requested to carry valid government-approved photo ID proof throughout the tour. 10. Guests must follow the instructions of the tour manager and maintain punctuality at all sightseeing locations and departure points. 11.
