Smiley Homestay – Guest Rules & Restrictions
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly request all our guests to follow these rules:
1. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 12:00 PM onwards
Check-out: 10:00 AM
2. Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay.
Extra guests are not permitted without prior approval.
3. Cleanliness & Care
Please keep the rooms, bathrooms, and common areas clean.
Do not damage furniture, linens, or appliances.
4. Noise & Neighbourhood
Maintain silence after 10:00 PM to respect neighbors and other guests.
Loud music, parties, or DJ systems are not allowed.
5. Smoking & Alcohol
Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Misbehavior under influence will not be tolerated.
6. Cooking & Food
Kitchen not access to use guest, we not allowed cook food
7. Pets
Pets are not allowed (unless specifically agreed in advance).
8. Safety & Security
Please lock doors and windows when leaving the homestay.
Any loss/damage to property will be charged to the guest.
9. Illegal / Prohibited Activities
Drugs, gambling, or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Visitors are not allowed after 8:00 PM unless approved by the host.
10. Respect the Property
Treat the homestay as your own home.
Follow all basic safety and hygiene guidelines.
